Arthur Othieno 727a53bd53 [PATCH] semaphore: Remove __MUTEX_INITIALIZER() ... __MUTEX_INITIALIZER() has no users, and equates to the more commonly used DECLARE_MUTEX(), thus making it pretty much redundant.
