Anton Blanchard e597cb32e9 [PATCH] ppc64: htab_initialize_secondary cannot be marked __init ... Sonny has noticed hotplug CPU on ppc64 is broken in 2.6.15-*. One of the problems is that htab_initialize_secondary is called when a cpu is being brought up, but it is marked __init.
