The amba-pl010 hardware does not provide RTS and DTR control lines; it is expected that these will be implemented using GPIO. Patch from Catalin Marinas Starting with PL111, the 5551 or 565 modes can be configured in the primecell's control register directly. This patch detects the required mode and sets the correct value. Since the ARM AMBA bus is used on MIPS as well as ARM, we need to make the bus available for other architectures to use.
