Paul Mackerras	fd582ec88e	ppc: Various minor compile fixes ... This fixes up a variety of minor problems in compiling with ARCH=ppc arising from using the merged versions of various header files. A lot of the changes are just adding #include <asm/machdep.h> to files that use ppc_md or smp_ops_t. Most of the places that used it are already annotated to expect iomem. * places that did gratitious (and wrong) casts a-la isa_io_base = (unsigned long)ioremap(...); hose->io_base_virt = (void *)isa_io_base; turned into hose->io_base_virt = ioremap(...); isa_io_base = (unsigned long)hose->io_base_virt; * pci_bus_io_base() annotated as returning iomem pointer. Linus Torvalds	1da177e4c3	Linux-2.6.12-rc2 ... Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it.
