Patch from Vitaly Wool This patch moves GPIO-related defines and static inline funcs from include/asm-arm/arch-pnx4008/pm.h to include/asm-arm/arch-pnx4008/gpio.h. Also, some more GPIO-related defines are added to include/asm-arm/arch-pnx4008/gpio.h as they are needed for the USB host driver (coming soon...) Patch from Vitaly Wool clk_use/clk_unuse functions are no longer needed, so removing those from arch/arm/mach-pnx4008/clock.c. Also, the order of functions is rearranged a bit, to avoid forward declarations.
