Move the xtime write mode seqlock into timer_tick(), so it only
surrounds the call to do_timer().
This avoids a deadlock in update_process_times() ...
hrtimer_get_softirq_time() which tries to get a read mode seqlock
on xtime, thereby preventing booting.

This patch adds a debug interface (if CONFIG_DEBUG_FS is selected) to
display the basic configuration and current state of the GPIO pins on
the Kendin/Micrel KS8695 processor.

The PCI driver has not been merged yet, so comment out call to
ks8695_init_pci() for now.
Also fix some incorrectly marked __init and __initdata sections.

Add core support for the Kendin/Micrel KS8695 processor family.
It is an ARM922-T based SoC with integrated USART, 4-port Ethernet
Switch, WAN Ethernet port, and optional PCI Host bridge, etc.

This patch is based on earlier patches from Lennert Buytenhek, Ben
Dooks and Greg Ungerer posted to the arm-linux-kernel mailing list in
March 2006; and Micrel's 2.6.9 port.
