Recent drivers/mfd/twl4030* renames to twl broke compile for
various boards as the series was missing a patch to change
the board-*.c files.
This patch renames include twl4030.h to include twl.h
and also renames twl4030_i2c_ routines.

Split arch/arm/plat-omap/include/mach/omapfb.h into two files:
include/linux/omapfb.h - ioctls etc for userspace and some kernel
stuff for board files
drivers/video/omap/omapfb.h - for omapfb internal use
This cleans up omapfb.h and also makes it easier for the upcoming new
DSS driver to co-exist with the old driver.

Move the remaining headers under plat-omap/include/mach
to plat-omap/include/plat. Also search and replace the
files using these headers to include using the right path.

Add glue to control the OMAP_LDP LCD as a frame buffer device using the
existing dispc.c driver under omapfb.
Patch updated for mainline kernel. Note that the drivers/video/omap
should be updated to pass omap_lcd_config in platform_data. The patch
should also be updated to compile if twl4030 is not selected, and
eventually to use the regulator framework.
