Russell King	a081568d70	[ARM] Fix decompressor serial IO to give CRLF not LFCR ... As per the corresponding change to the serial drivers, arrange for ARM decompressors to give CRLF. This is an updated version of the previous patch, and takes into account Russell's comments. AAED-2000 default configuration will follow as soon as some problems with the bootloader are sorted out...
