from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a
mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm
git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm
Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places
where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly. Of the latter only
one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc.

Add 512x support using the psc_ops framework established
with the previous patch.
All 512x PSCs share the same interrupt so add
IRQF_SHARED to irq flags.

This is in preparation for the addition of MPC512x
PSC support. The main difference in the 512x is
in the fifo registers.

To build arch/powerpc without including asm-ppc/ we need these files
in asm-powerpc/
Moved some headers under arch/powerpc/platforms if they were only used by
platform or driver files and fixed up the source file includes to match
the new locations

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
