MXC needs the same change as IOP. See [ARM] 4494/1
or commit 7dea1b2006
An undefined reference to elf_hwcap prevents linkage, due
to changes made by f884b1cf57
and d1cbbd6b41
Removing processor.h removes the extern definition of
elf_hwcap, which fixes the link issue, but forgets cpu_relax().
So, instead, we'll call barrier() directly.

This patch adds the foundation pieces for
the Freescale MXC platforms, including
i.MX2 and i.MX3 based systems.
The bare-bones MX31 support in this patch
boots to the rootdev panic with 8250 serial
console configured "console=ttyS0,115200".
It assumes that Redboot is the boot loader.

As per the corresponding change to the serial drivers, arrange
for ARM decompressors to give CRLF. Move the common putstr code
into misc.c such that machines only need to supply "putc" and
"flush" functions.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
