This patch removes the usage of LONG() which is deprecated; we also
replace BIT() with BIT_MASK().

Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h.
Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h,
update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove
asm/hardware.h.

Since 43cc71eed1, the platform modalias
is prefixed with "platform:". Add MODULE_ALIAS() to the hotpluggable
"input" platform drivers, to re-enable auto loading.
