David Vrabel	489447380a	[PATCH] handle errors returned by platform_get_irq*() ... platform_get_irq*() now returns on -ENXIO when the resource cannot be found. This fix is for fs_enet, adding #include of a new header, to which a number of platform stuff has been relocated.
