Since there are a few vidioc_ functions that were exported, rename those
functions to bttv_ in order to avoid poluting namespace.
The other functions were also renamed, to standardize inside the driver.

This patch therefore either replaces them with

PCI-dependent videobuf_foo methods were renamed as videobuf_pci_foo.
Also, videobuf_dmabuf is now part of videobuf-dma-sg private struct.
So, to access it, a subroutine call is needed.
This patch renames all occurences of those function calls to be
consistent with the video-buf split.

Some includes were added after some non-include macros, on old drivers.
Better to keep all includes at the beginning of the files. This change
also helps to make backports to properly work at the development tree.

This patch causes the bttv driver to automatically load the dvb-bt8xx module
for bttv/dvb hybrid cards. Successfully tested with a pcHDTV HD-2000 card.
This patch is based on the recent patches to enable autoloading of cx88-dvb,
cx88-blackbird and saa7134-dvb.

Adds the missing VIDIOC_CROPCAP, G_CROP and S_CROP ioctls, permitting
applications to capture or overlay a subsection of the picture or to
extend the capture window beyond active video, into the VBI area and the
horizontal blanking. VBI capturing can start and end on any line,
including the picture area, and apps can capture different lines of each
field and single fields.
For compatibility with existing applications, the open() function
resets the cropping and VBI capturing parameters and a VIDIOC_S_CROP
call is necessary to actually enable cropping.
Regrettably in PAL-M, PAL-N, PAL-Nc and NTSC-JP mode the maximum image
width will increase from 640 and 768 to 747 and 923 pixels respectively.
Like the VBI changes however, this should only affect applications which
depend on former driver limitations, such as never getting more than 640
pixels regardless of the requested width.
Also, new freedoms require additional checks for conflicts and some
applications may not expect an EBUSY error from the VIDIOC_QBUF and
VIDIOCMCAPTURE ioctls. These errors should be rare though.
So far, the patch has been tested on a UP machine with a bt878 in PAL-
BGHI and NTSC-M mode using xawtv, tvtime, mplayer/mencoder, zapping/

The videodev.h and videodev2.h describe the public API for V4L and V4L2.
It shouldn't have there any kernel-specific stuff. Those were moved to
v4l2-dev.h.
This patch removes some uneeded headers and include v4l2-common.h on all
V4L driver. This header includes device implementation of V4L2 API provided
on v4l2-dev.h as well as V4L2 internal ioctls that provides connections
between master driver and its i2c devices.

Cleanup audio input handling in bttv and tvaudio:
- inputs were specified that were never used
- mute was handled as a special input which led to confusing code
- confusing naming made it difficult to see if the setting was for
i2c or gpio.
The old audiochip.h input names moved to tvaudio.h. Currently this
is used both by tvaudio and msp3400 until the msp3400 implements the
new msp3400-specific inputs.
Detect in bttv the tvaudio and msp3400 i2c clients and use these
client pointers to set the inputs directly instead of broadcasting the
command.
Removed AUDC_SET_INPUT. Now replaced by VIDIOC_S_AUDIO. This will be
replaced again later by the new ROUTING commands.
Removed VIDIOC_G_AUDIO implementations in i2c drivers: this command is
a user level command and not to be used internally. It wasn't called at
all anyway.

Video_buf were concerned to allow PCI devices to be used as
video capture devices. This patch extends video_buf features
by virtualizing pci-dependent functions and allowing other
type of devices to use it.
It is still DMA centric, although it may be used also by
devices that emulates scatter/gather behavior or a DMA device

- V4L2_(G|S|TRY)_FMT returned incorrect VBI start lines for PAL-M,
NTSC-JP, and PAL-60. They also returned an inaccurate VBI offset.
- V4L2_(G|S)_FMT and V4L2_TRY_FMT disagreed about the start of VBI
capturing in PAL and SECAM second field. Note the start line fixes
may break applications using VIDIOCSVBIFMT because this ioctl fails
when the driver does not support exactly the requested parameters.
- V4L2_TRY_FMT did not clear the reserved field in struct
v4l2_vbi_format.
- V4L2_(S|TRY)_FMT did not expect very large or small VBI start or
count values, returning wrong (but safe) counts due to an overflow.
- VIDIOCGVBIFMT confused V4L and V4L2 VBI flags. However this had no
effect because the flags have the same value and bttv never sets
them.
- In v4l_compat_translate_ioctl() the VIDIOC(G|S)VBIFMT code did not
expect V4L2 drivers supporting VBI formats besides V4L2_PIX_FMT_GREY.

Rename the (apparently) bttv intern #define vprintk to verbprintk to
resolve a name clash.
Reason: vprintk() is defined in include/linux/kernel.h similar to printk
but with a va_list argument.

- BTTV and SAA7134 version numbers incremented to reflect changes.
- pci_dma_supported() is called after pci_set_dma_mask() which
already did check that for us. This patch removes the unneeded call to
pci_dma_supported() at bttv-driver.c
- Ensure a sufficient I2C bus idle time between 2 messages for
saa7134-i2c.c
- It is important to write at first to MO_GP3_IO for cx88-tvaudio.c
- Use try_to_freeze() instead of refrigerator at msp3400.c
- Recognizing the MFPE05-2 Tuner at tveeprom.c
- Add new parameter to help identify radio chipsets at tuner module:
show_i2c=1 will show 16 reading bytes from detected tuners.
- BTTV does generate some Unimplemented IOCTL log at tuner module:
0x40046d11(dir=1,tp=0x6d,nr=17,sz=4) means that it is sending
MSP3400 calls to non-msp3400 tuners. Warning eliminated.
VIDIOSAUDIO is also called, so debug messages updated. It is still
requiring IOCTL implementation.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
