Christoph Lameter	347ce434d5	[PATCH] zoned vm counters: conversion of nr_pagecache to per zone counter ... Currently a single atomic variable is used to establish the size of the page cache in the whole machine. The zoned VM counters have the same method of implementation as the nr_pagecache code but also allow the determination of the pagecache size per zone. Remove the special implementation for nr_pagecache and make it a zoned counter named NR_FILE_PAGES. Updates of the page cache counters are always performed with interrupts off. We can therefore use the __ variant here. David S. Miller	597d1f0622	[SPARC]: Kill CHILD_MAX. ... It's definition is wrong (-1 means "no limit" not 999), only the Sparc SunOS/Solaris compat code uses it, so let's just kill it off completely from limits.h and all referencing code. Linus Torvalds	1da177e4c3	Linux-2.6.12-rc2 ... Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it.
