When set_mode() changed ->set_mode didn't adapt. This makes the needed
changes and removes the relevant FIXME case.

sht->max_sectors is overrided unconditionally in ->slave_configure.
There's no reason to set it to any value.

If you are using the noraid option then after a suspend/resume sequence
we need to reset the card back out of raid mode again.

Many LLDs are missing sht->slave_destroy. The method is mandatory to
support device warm unplugging (echo 1 > /sys/.../delete). Without
it, libata might access released scsi device.
