This patch removes all self references and fixes references to files in the now defunct arch/ppc64 tree. I think this accomplises everything wanted, though there might be a few references I missed. Kay Sievers	312c004d36	[PATCH] driver core: replace "hotplug" by "uevent" ... Leave the overloaded "hotplug" word to susbsystems which are handling real devices. The driver core does not "plug" anything, it just exports the state to userspace and generates events. The attached patch fixes the following spelling errors in Documentation/ - double "the" - Several misspellings of function/functionality - infomation - memeory - Recieved - wether and possibly others which I forgot ;-) Trailing whitespaces on the same line as the typo are also deleted. Linus Torvalds	1da177e4c3	Linux-2.6.12-rc2 ... Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!	20 years ago
