Add swab.h to kbuild.asm and remove the individual entries from each arch, mark as unifdef as some arches have some kernel-only bits inside. David Woodhouse	ef4d04b87d	Add empty Kbuild files for 'make headers_install' in remaining arches. ... These include nothing more than the basic set of files listed in asm-generic/Kbuild.asm.
