Commit 8214513 ("ARM: EXYNOS: fix address for EXYNOS4 MDMA1")
changed EXYNOS specific setup of PL330 DMA engine to use 'non-secure'
mdma1 address instead of 'secure' one (from 0x12840000 to 0x12850000)
to fix issue with some Exynos4212 SOCs. Unfortunately it brakes
PL330 setup for revision 0 of Exynos4210 SOC (mdma1 device cannot
be found at 'non-secure' address):

In idle state down clocking the arm cores can result in power
savings. Program the power control registers to achieve this and
save these registers across a suspend/resume cycle.

On resuming from suspend the i2c configuration register that is part
of system controller resets to 0xf. This sets the interrupt source to
the new high speed i2c rather than the legacy one that we are using.
Save and restore the I2C_CFG register for exynos5 to fix this.

On Exynos5 we have a new high-speed i2c controller. The interrupt
sources for the legacy and new controller are muxed and are controlled
via the SYSCON I2C_CFG register. At reset the interrupt source is
configured for the high-speed controller, to continue using the old
i2c controller we need to modify the I2C_CFG register.

unused non-dt code that sets i2c0 resource information and device names for
sdhci and i2c platform devices are removed.

EXYNOS5_USB_CFG macro should actually point to USB20PHY_CFG system
register (base addr + 0x230). It's wrongly placed in regs-pmu.
Actual register at offset 0x230 in PMU is SEQ_TRANSITION4.

The physical base address of GIC and Interrupt Combiner is obtained from
device tree and then remapped during initialization. So remove the
static io-remapping for GIC and combiner.

Commit a5238e360b (spi: s3c64xx: move controller information into driver
data) introduced separate device names for the different subtypes of the
spi controller but forgot to set these in the relevant machines.
To fix this introduce a s3c64xx_spi_setname function and populate all
Samsung arches with the correct names. The function resides in a new
header, as the s3c64xx-spi.h contains driver platform data and should
therefore at some later point move out of the Samsung include dir.
Tested on a s3c2416-based machine.

This is a pet peeve of mine. Any time there's a long list of items
(header file inclusions, kconfig entries, array initalisers, etc) and
someone wants to add a new item, they *always* go and stick it at the
end of the list.
Guys, don't do this. Either put the new item into a randomly-chosen
position or, probably better, alphanumerically sort the list.

The MIPI-CSI2 bus data alignment is now being derived from the media
bus pixel code, the drivers don't use the corresponding structure
fields, so remove them. Also remove the s5p_csis_phy_enable callback
which is now used directly by s5p-csis driver.

The clocks for NAND, OneNAND and Transport Stream Interface(TSI)
controllers could be either enabled or disabled at boot. To ensure
that these are turned off until used, add them to the list of clocks
to be turned off during boot.

In preparation to support multi-platform kernels, move all the dtb targets
out of the mach Makefile.boot and into the arch/arm/boot/dts/Makefile
which is closer to the sources.
DTBs are only built when CONFIG_OF is enabled and now use top level
CONFIG_ARCH_xxx instead of chip or board specific config options.

Almost each SMP platform defines pen_release to manage booting secondary
CPUs. This of course clashes with the single zImage effort.
Add the pen_release definition to the ARM SMP code, and remove all others.
This should only be used by platforms which lack any kind of CPU power
management...

DMA clients pdma0 and pdma1 are internal to the SoC and are used only
by dedicated peripherals. Since they cannot be used for generic
purpose, their capability should be set as DMA_PRIVATE.
