Refactor the dmaengine PCM library to allow the DMA channel to be requested
before opening a PCM substream. snd_dmaengine_pcm_open() now expects a DMA
channel instead of a filter function and filter parameter as its parameters.
snd_dmaengine_pcm_close() is updated to not release the DMA channel. This allows
a dmaengine based PCM driver to request its channels before the substream is
opened.
The patch also introduces two new functions, snd_dmaengine_pcm_open_request_chan()
and snd_dmaengine_pcm_close_release_chan(), which have the same signature and
behaviour of the old snd_dmaengine_pcm_{open,close}() and internally use the new
variants of these functions. All users of snd_dmaengine_pcm_{open,close}() are
updated to use snd_dmaengine_pcm_open_request_chan() and
snd_dmaengine_pcm_close_release_chan().

Use the common DAI DMA data struct for omap, this allows us to use the common
helper function to configure the DMA slave config based on the DAI DMA data.
For omap-dmic and omap-mcpdm also move the DMA data from a global variable to
the driver state struct.

If a PCM driver using the dmaengine PCM helper functions doesn't need to do
anything special in its pcm_close callback, snd_dmaengine_pcm_close can be used
directly for as the pcm_close callback and there is no need to wrap it in a
custom function.

The omap PCM driver provides a set_threshold callback which gets called by the
PCM driver when either playback or capture is started. The only DAI driver which
sets this callback is the mcbsp driver. This patch removes the callback from the
PCM driver and moves the invocation of the omap_mcbsp_set_threshold() function
to the mcbsp hw_params callback since this is the only place where the threshold
size can change. Doing so allows us to use the default dmaengine PCM trigger
callback in the omap PCM driver.

Due to HW limitation within OMAP McPDM IP uplink and downlink need to be
started at the same time. This causes issues when we have two streams
running, for example:
arecord | aplay
In this case the playback stream would have no channels enabled since at the
capture start we are not aware that a playback is going to start.
The workaround is to configure the other direction to stereo when the first
stream is started. When the second stream is coming we check the new stream's
number of channels against the pre-configured channels. If it does not match
we stop and restart McPDM to update the configuration. This might result a
small pop. If the coming stream is a match we do nothing in the McPDM driver.
This workaround can handle most use cases without the need to restart McPDM.

Convert all uses of devm_request_and_ioremap() to the newly introduced
devm_ioremap_resource() which provides more consistent error handling.
devm_ioremap_resource() provides its own error messages so all explicit
error messages can be removed from the failure code paths.

Convert MicBias widgets to supply widget.
On tlv320aic3x, Mic bias power on/off shares the same register bits
with output mic bias voltage. So, when power on mic bias, we need
reclaim it to voltage value.
Provide a new platform data so that the micbias voltage can be sent
according to board requirement. Now since tlv320aic3x codec driver
is DT aware, update dt files and functions to handle this new
"micbias-vg" platform data.
Because of sharing of bits, when enabling the micbias, voltage also
needs to be updated. So use SND_SOC_DAPM_POST_PMU & SND_SOC_DAPM_PRE_PMD
macro to create an event to handle this.
Since micbias is converted to supply widget, updated machine drivers as
well.
This change is runtime tested on da850-evm with audio loopback
(arecord|aplay) for confirmation.

The machine driver try to use GPIO15 of twl4030 for HS MUX which supposed to
select between TWL's HSOL/R and tlv320aic3254's HPL/R.
The TWL's GPIO allocated dynamically so the (OMAP_MAX_GPIO_LINES + 15) is no
longer valid GPIO number causing a kernel crash due to BUG_ON()
Also the current machine driver supports only TWL audio currently: there is
no need to control the GPIO.

Drivers should not use cpu_is_omap or cpu_class_is_omap macros,
they should be private to the platform init code. And we'll be
removing plat/cpu.h and only have a private soc.h for the
arch/arm/*omap* code.
This patch is intended as preparation for the core omap changes
and removes the need to include plat/cpu.h from several drivers.
This is needed for the ARM common zImage support.
These changes are OK to do because:
- omap-rng.c does not need plat/cpu.h
- omap-aes.c and omap-sham.c get the proper platform_data
passed to them so they don't need extra checks in the driver
- omap-dma.c and omap-pcm.c can test the arch locally as
omap1 and omap2 cannot be compiled together because of
conflicting compiler flags

The old method of registering with the ASoC core by creating a
"soc-audio" platform device no longer works for Amstrad Delta sound card
after recent changes to drvdata handling (commit
0998d06310, 'device-core: Ensure drvdata =
NULL when no driver is bound'.
Use snd_soc_register_card() method instead, as suggested by the ASoC
core generated warning message, and move both the card and codec
platform device registration to the arch board file where those belong.
Created and tested against linux-3.6-rc5.

The OMAP revision check is not needed since the watchdog bit is not in use
on 4430 ES1.0 and have no effect when we set the bit. The watchdog need to
be enabled on all other revisions.

McPDM needs platt/cpu.h for omap_rev and not omap_hwmod.h.
Drivers must not include omap_hwmod.h at, it will be
private to mach-omap2 soon. Fix the problem before other
drivers will also start including omap_hwmod.h.
Note that also plat/cpu.h will be going away, so the
omap_rev check needs to be replaced with mcpdm-watchdog
flag from platform_data or DT.

Set the dma_data for the stream (snd_soc_dai_set_dma_data) at dai_startup
time so omap-pcm will have access to the needed information regarding to
the DMA channel earlier.
This is needed for the clean dmaengine support.

Instead of the OMAP DMA data type definition the data_type will be used to
specify the number of bits the DMA word should be configured or 0 in case
when based on the stream's format the omap-pcm can decide the needed DMA
word size.
This feature is needed for the omap-hdmi where the sDMA need to be
configured for 32bit word type regardless of the audio format used.

Based on the format of the stream the omap-pcm can decide alone what data
type should be used with by the sDMA.
Keep the possibility for OMAP dai drivers to tell omap-pcm if they want to
use different data type. This is needed for the omap-hdmi for example which
needs 32bit data type even if the stream format is S16_LE.
The check if (dma_data->data_type) is safe at the moment since omap-pcm
does not support 8bit samples (OMAP_DMA_DATA_TYPE_S8 == 0x00).
The next step is to redefine the meaning of dma_data->data_type to unblock
this limitation.

Since we only have element or packet synchronization we can use the
dma_data->packet_size to select the desired mode:
if packet_size is 0 we use ELEMENT mode
if packet_size is not 0 we use PACKET mode for sDMA synchronization.
