Rather than using DaVinci specific davinci_soc_info based
restart hook, use the restart hook available in the machine
descriptor instead.
Tested on DM365 and AM18x EVMs.

Rather than using a private function pointer, use the existing
arm_pm_restart function pointer instead. We no longer need to enable
the I-cache in at91sam9_alt_reset() as the caches will now be on when
this function is called.
Update the function names to use the 'restart' terminology rather than
the 'reboot' terminology.

Remove the s3c24xx restart handler, which is trying to work around
a chip bug by keeping caches on but flushed. As we now only disable
caches when performing a soft reboot, there doesn't need to be a
work-around to do that.

arch/arm/mach-exynos/ directory. The common.c file merges
the cpu.c, init.c, irq-combiner.c and irq-eint.c files which
are used commonly on EXYNOS SoCs and the common.h file replaces
with plat/exynos4.h file.

The bisection implemented in unwind_find_origin() stopped to early. If
there is only a single entry left to check the original code just took
the end point as origin which might be wrong.
This was introduced in commit de66a97901 ("ARM: 7187/1: fix unwinding
for XIP kernels").

Commit 10299e2e4e (ARM: RX-51:
Enable isp1704 power on/off) added power management for isp1704.
However, the transceiver should be powered on by default,
otherwise USB doesn't work at all for networking during
boot.
All kernels after v3.0 are affected.

Commits 09d28d ("ARM: OMAP: mcbsp: Start generalize omap2_mcbsp_set_clks_src")
and 7bc0c4 ("ARM: OMAP: mcbsp: Start generalize signal muxing functions")
incorrectly set two struct omap_mcbsp_platform_data fields after
omap_device_build_ss and kfree calls.
Fix this by moving these pdata assignments before those calls.

Since commit 6571534 (plat-mxc: iomux-v3.h: implicitly enable
pull-up/down when that's desired) was in, the power button on imx51
babbage board stopped working because it's pulled up by mistake.
The patch removes the pull-up setting from the pad configuration for
that gpio to make the power button back to work.
