1. PCI and reset are factored out into pq2.c. I renamed them from m82xx
to pq2 because they won't work on the Integrated Host Processor line of
82xx chips (i.e. 8240, 8245, and such).
2. The PCI PIC, which is nominally board-specific, is used on multiple
boards, and thus is used into pq2ads-pci-pic.c.
3. The new CPM binding is used.
4. General cleanup.

Default config file for mpc8272ads (powerpc port).Though relevant bits went
in, it is required to keep proper default configuration for the target,
which seems to be missed initially.

This adds the core 8xx stuff and specifically mpc885ads board-specific
bits to arch/powerpc. Respective Kconfig has been cleaned up from the stuff
not yet ported over to avoid confusion. Updated and cleaned version.

When we build for the MPC8540 ADS produce a uImage by default.
Updated the defconfig to reflect this as well.

Updated patch for support for mpc8540_ads in arch/powerpc with a
flat OF device tree. This patch does not yet support PCI or I2C.

Adds support for using the MPC8548 processor on the CDS reference board.
Currently all the major busses (PCI, PCI-X, PCI-Express, sRIO) and eTSEC3
and eTSEC4 are not supported.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
