Previously it ignored the return value from ppc_md.set_rtc_time, but in fact the functions that that can point to do return a useful error code, so return it from set_rtc_time(). Paul Mackerras	f2783c1500	powerpc: Merge time.c and asm/time.h. ... We now use the merged time.c for both 32-bit and 64-bit compilation with ARCH=powerpc, and for ARCH=ppc64, but not for ARCH=ppc32. This removes setup_default_decr (folds its function into time_init) and moves wakeup_decrementer into time.c. This also makes an asm-powerpc/rtc.h. Linus Torvalds	1da177e4c3	Linux-2.6.12-rc2 ... Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!	20 years ago
