Sony makes custome tuners for its GigaPocket line of ivtv based capture
cards. This adds an entry to the tuner-types list for such tuners.

The sh_mobile_ceu_camera driver implements an advanced algorithm, combining
scaling and cropping on the client and on the host. Due to its complexity the
algorithm deserves separate documentation.

Many drivers access the device number (video_device::v4l2_devnode::num)
in order to print the video device node name. Add and use a helper
function to retrieve the video_device node name.

Adds support to VC211A em2800 card. As this board doesn't have eeprom,
and uses a common set of i2c address, it has no way to add any
autodetection for it.
The patch were tested by me and by Raimundo on his board. Thanks to
those tests, several bugs related to em2800 support were corrected.
for producing the usbsnoop dump, used to get the gpio's and allowing me
to remotelly access his machine and to the needed tests.

It was really confusing to have media-specs, v4l2-spec and dvb-spec.
So this patch removes v4l2-spec and dvb-spec. The docs in dvb-spec and
the V4L1_API.html file were moved to media-specs/old-docs.
Removed all references to v4l2-spec and dvb-spec.

Adds the device IDs and driver linking to allow the Asus Europa DVB-T
card to operate with these drivers.
The device has a SAA7134 chipset with a TD1316 Hybrid Tuner.
All inputs work on the card including switching between DVB-T and
Analogue TV, there is also no IR with this card.

Seems that the reference design used for the KWorld 2800d switched from the
em2860 to em2862, so we need to add the new USB id (and the i2c hash remains
so all we need is the default em2862 id.

test status analog (PAL-B):
- Sometimes picture is noisy, but it becomes crystal clear after
switching between channels. (happens for example at 687.25 Mhz)
- On a lower frequency (511.25 Mhz) the picture is always sharp, but
lacks colour.
- No sound problems.
- radio untested.
Digital:
- DVB-T/H stream reception works.
- Would expect to see some more channels in the higher frequency region.
Overall is the impression that sensitivity still needs improvement
both in analog and digital modes.

Warn when the desired device node number is already in use, except when
the new video_register_device_no_warn function is called since in some
use-cases that warning is not relevant.

The term 'kernel number' is very vague, so replace it with the somewhat more
descriptive term 'device node number'.
In one place the local variable 'nr' was used to create the device node number
of the new device name. This has been replaced with the vdev->num field to
more clearly mark this as being the device node number and not the minor
number.

video_register_device_index is never actually called, instead the
stream index number is always calculated automatically.
This patch removes this function and simplifies the internal get_index
function since that can now always just return the first free index.

Rewrite v4l2_i2c_new_subdev as a simplified version of v4l2_i2c_new_subdev_cfg
and remove v4l2_i2c_new_probed_subdev and v4l2_i2c_new_probed_subdev_addr.
This simplifies this API substantially.

The initial soc-camera scaling and cropping implementation turned out to be
incompliant with the V4L2 API, e.g., it expected the user to specify cropping
in output window pixels, instead of input window pixels. This patch converts
the soc-camera core and all drivers to comply with the standard.

This patch adds support for all of the known shipping Hauppauge HVR-2200
and HVR-2250 boards. Digital TV ATSC/QAM and DVB-T is enabled at this
time. Both tuners are supported.
Volatiles and typedefs need rework, the rest is coding style compliant.
