The following patch avoids accessing Hypervisor privilege HID
registers when running on a Hypervisor (MSR[HV]=0).

Removed the do-nothing routines __setup_cpu_power3 and
__setup_cpu_power4 and replaced them with a null pointer check
in the caller. Also removed the Cell processor specific
routine __setup_cpu_be which improperly accessed the
hypervisor page size configuration at SPR HID6.

This patch consolidates the variety of macros used for loading 32 or
64-bit constants in assembler (LOADADDR, LOADBASE, SET_REG_TO_*). The
idea is to make the set of macros consistent across 32 and 64 bit and
to make it more obvious which is the appropriate one to use in a given
situation. The new macros and their semantics are described in the
comments in ppc_asm.h.
In the process, we change several places that were unnecessarily using
immediate loads on ppc64 to use the GOT/TOC. Likewise we cleanup a
couple of places where we were clumsily subtracting PAGE_OFFSET with
asm instructions to use assemble-time arithmetic or the toreal() macro
instead.

This patch moves a bunch of files from arch/ppc64 and
include/asm-ppc64 which have no equivalents in ppc32 code into
arch/powerpc and include/asm-powerpc. The file affected are:
abs_addr.h
compat.h
lppaca.h
paca.h
tce.h
cpu_setup_power4.S
ioctl32.c
firmware.c
pacaData.c
The only changes apart from the move and corresponding Makefile
changes are:
- #ifndef/#define in includes updated to _ASM_POWERPC_ form
- trailing whitespace removed
- comments giving full paths removed
- pacaData.c renamed paca.c to remove studlyCaps
- Misplaced { moved in lppaca.h
Built and booted on POWER5 LPAR (ARCH=powerpc and ARCH=ppc64), built
for 32-bit powermac (ARCH=powerpc).

This patch contains the most trivial from Rusty's trivial patches:
- spelling fixes
- remove duplicate includes

Add PVR value and tests for 970MP. Also switch to a simpler (but slightly
longer) check at init time for simplicity.

This adds the basic support for running on BPA machines.
So far, this is only the IBM workstation, and it will
not run on others without a little more generalization.
It should be possible to configure a kernel for any
combination of CONFIG_PPC_BPA with any of the other
multiplatform targets.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
