Greg Kroah-Hartman	654f31189e	[PATCH] USB: move CONFIG_USB_DEBUG checks into the Makefile ... This lets us remove a lot of code in the drivers that were all checking the same thing. David Brownell	4324fd4934	[PATCH] USB: usbnet (7/9) module for CDC Ethernet ... Makes the CDC Ethernet support live in a separate driver module. This module is a bit special since it exports utility functions that are reused by the the Zaurus and RNDIS drivers, but it's not "core" like usbnet itself.
